- 1 Private sector recruitment च्या कोणत्याही stage वर कोणतीही fee देऊ नका — registration, training, laptop deposit, ID card, background check. हे सगळे scam चे संकेत आहेत
- 2 Recruiter ला verify करण्यासाठी company च्या publicly listed HR number वर directly call करा — recruiter ने दिलेला नंबर नाही
- 3 Sender email domain काळजीपूर्वक तपासा: खरा Infosys '@infosys.com' वापरतो, खरा TCS '@tcs.com' — कोणताही फरक fake आहे
- 4 जर पैसे दिले असतील: पुढील contact block करा, offer letter, payment receipts आणि recruiter च्या number चे screenshots save करा
- 5 https://cybercrime.gov.in वर report करा किंवा 1930 (national cyber helpline) वर call करा।
धोक्याची चिन्हे
- ⚠ WhatsApp किंवा Telegram वर contact — company च्या official career portal किंवा professional email domain वरून नाही
- ⚠ पहिल्या contact च्या 24 तासांत interview; त्याच दिवशी किंवा दुसऱ्या दिवशी selection — खऱ्या hiring ला आठवडे लागतात
- ⚠ Selection नंतर कोणतीही fee: registration, training, laptop deposit, GST, gate-pass, ID card — legitimate companies candidates कडून कधीही charge करत नाहीत
